Cheesy Chicken dip or burritos

1 can of cream of cheese
1 small block of Velveeta Mexican cheese
little milk
little sour cream
shredded chicken
can of green chili's

heat all together and serve or make burritos to make it a enchilada with enchilada sauce over it.
