ok so if you don't have shredded chicken for the cheesy chicken dip/burritos. Then use the old el paso rice and chicken package and mix in. if you don't have Velveeta dip then use a can of cheese dip from a can. You can pretty much use any type of cheese from a can or Velveeta block.

Cheesy Chicken dip or burritos

1 can of cream of cheese
1 small block of Velveeta Mexican cheese
little milk
little sour cream
shredded chicken
can of green chili's

heat all together and serve or make burritos to make it a enchilada with enchilada sauce over it.
